All corniness aside, this happens to be my favorite joke because it strikes at a deep truth:
Beliefs are changeable. We get to choose the beliefs that actually work for us. And, as we change our beliefs, our experience of reality changes too.
It’s a truth that I imagine you’re well acquainted with. Me too. Still, sometimes it catches my breath when I really think about it – just how powerful we are to change. A muffin is just one belief away from becoming a cupcake!
